Kitchen
The head at the stove. Thomas runs the Tempel and has given it his signature: wild, regional, the whole animal. He knows his suppliers and cooks what the day provides.
Dining Room and Wine
Wolfgang runs the dining room and looks after the guests. He curates the wine selection, emphatically Austrian, and finds the right drop for every course.
Host
Sabine welcomes and advises at lunchtime in the dining room, looks after the back office and makes sure everything runs. Anyone who has been once knows why you come back.
The Whole Team
A good evening does not happen at a single stove. Kitchen and service work together here, many of them for years.
