Tasting Menu

Hand over
the menu.

Four or five courses, depending on what the season provides: Thomas Edlinger cooks what the day brings into the kitchen, and it becomes a menu at € 68 per person. There is nothing to preorder, you decide at the table.

How the
evening goes.

You sit down, glance at the menu and put it aside. From there the kitchen takes over. What arrives changes with the season and often with the day, which is why the menu is never written down in advance. Two people are enough, and not everyone at the table has to join in: whoever prefers to choose orders à la carte alongside. On request the menu is completely vegan, likewise gluten-free or lactose-free. A word at the table is all it takes.

the glasses.

There is no fixed wine pairing, and that is deliberate. Wolfgang Hetzel runs the dining room and chooses, course by course, what you might enjoy, happily without alcohol too. Tell him what you like. At the end you pay for what was drunk.
